Terms of Service

1. Provider

2. Service Description

mida by DMPF is a web application for rental property management — tracking tenants, apartments, payments, cash flow and contracts. The service is provided as SaaS (software as a service) via a web browser. Data is encrypted locally using AES-256-GCM and synchronized to the cloud via Supabase.

3. Plans & Pricing

The service is available on a Free plan and paid subscription plans:

All prices include VAT. Paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. The Free plan is provided without warranty and may be modified or discontinued with 30 days notice.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We accept credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard). An invoice is automatically sent to the email provided at registration.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time via the customer portal in the app settings or at billing.stripe.com. After cancellation, access remains active until the end of the current paid period. No refunds are provided for unused time.

6. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time via Settings → Danger zone → Delete account. Before deletion, a backup of your data will be downloaded automatically. Account deletion permanently removes all your data from our servers within 30 days, except billing records retained for legal compliance (10 years).

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, fail to pay for more than 30 days, or are used for unlawful purposes. Users will be notified by email before termination except in cases of serious breach or legal requirement.

9. Service Availability

The provider aims to ensure 24/7 availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be announced in advance where possible. The provider is not liable for damages caused by service downtime.

10. Data Protection

Data is encrypted locally using AES-256-GCM before being sent to the cloud. Data processing is described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Limitation of Liability

The provider is not liable for data loss caused by the user, decisions made based on app outputs, or indirect damages. Total liability is limited to the subscription fees paid in the last 3 months.

12. Changes

The provider may update these terms at any time. Users will be notified by email at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Czech law. Any disputes will be resolved by Czech courts.
