Visa application process:

1. Filling out the form for a non-binding consultation

   • The first step is to fill out a simple form on our website, where you will provide us with basic information about your situation and requirements. This step is non-binding and free of charge.

2. Assessment of your situation and initial contact

   • Once we receive your form, we will carefully assess your request. We will then contact you with information on the next steps and tailor our offer to meet your individual needs.

3. Preparation of a tailored offer

   • Based on your requirements and our experience, we will prepare a detailed plan. This plan will include the specific visa requirements for your destination country, timelines, and the cost of our services.

4. Joint execution step by step

   • We will guide you through the entire process, which may include filling out applications, booking appointments for biometric data, consultations, and submitting the application to the relevant embassy or visa centre.

5. Successful visa approval

   • Our ultimate goal is for you to obtain the visa that will allow you to achieve your objectives. Our aim is to ensure your complete satisfaction and the successful processing of every application.

Fees and additional information:

Each visa application differs in several aspects. Here are a few things you should know:

• Visa fees are not included in our prices and are paid separately by the client. Fees vary depending on the country and type of visa, and therefore are not included in the hourly rate or the final price for our services.
• Time requirements and application process: Obtaining a visa for the United Kingdom can be a completely different process compared to obtaining a visa for Vietnam. For some countries, such as the UK, it is necessary to submit the application through official visa centers, whereas the process may differ for other countries, such as Vietnam.
• Processing time and required documents vary. For some countries, it may take several weeks to process the application, while other countries allow for faster processing.

Rates and availability:

Different steps of the process may be charged according to our hourly rates and the time spent working on your application.

Prices for our services:

• Price for an in-person consultation on a regular working day in Plzeň (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday): CZK 649/hour (each started hour is charged)
  Price for an in-person consultation in Prague on Wednesday: CZK 759/hour (each started hour is charged)
  Price for an in-person consultation in Prague outside of Wednesday (upon agreement): CZK 899/hour (each started hour is charged)
  Price for an online consultation (for visa processing online, including application form completion and step coordination): CZK 479/hour (each started hour is charged)
• The fee for successful visa processing is not included in the hourly rate and varies depending on the type of visa or final destination. The fee is individual and will be communicated to you before the process begins.

Availability and Location:

• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: We are available in Plzeň, where in-person meetings take place.
• Wednesday: We are in Prague, where you can arrange an in-person meeting.
• Online consultations: They are available anytime and are cost-effective, offering you flexibility in scheduling.
